Each payment you make is reported to the credit bureaus, which helps demonstrate responsible payment behavior — the biggest factor in improving your credit profile.

Will my payments be reported to all credit bureaus?

Yes. We share your account activity and payment history with TransUnion®, Equifax®, Experian®, and Innovis® every month. This helps you establish a record with all major bureaus.

Do you check my credit to apply?

No. We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to build credit. That’s why we do not run a hard credit check when you apply for your account.

Are there any extra fees?

No surprise charges here. We keep things transparent:

- No setup or enrollment fees

- No annual or membership fees

- No late payment or penalty fees

- No processing or prepayment fees

- No interest charges

You simply make your agreed-upon monthly payments.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. If you decide our program isn’t right for you, you can cancel within 30 days of opening your account and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

How soon will I notice results?

Everyone’s credit journey is different. Some customers see changes within a few months, while for others it may take a little longer. Staying consistent with on-time payments is the key to building a solid payment history and improving your credit standing over time.

How does my payment performance impact my credit?

Your credit score reflects the information reported by credit bureaus and helps lenders assess how likely you are to repay what you owe. Several key factors influence your credit score, including:

Making consistent, on-time monthly payments toward your Installment Credit Account helps build a positive payment history, lengthens your credit history over time, and may improve your credit mix — all of which can positively impact your credit score.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, we’ll send reminders to help you get back on track.

No late fees: Uptrend Solutions does not charge late fees.

However, if your past-due balance isn’t resolved within 30 days, we are required to report your payment performance to the credit bureaus. Late or missed payments may appear on your credit report and can negatively affect your credit score.

How do I make a payment?

Payments are automatically processed through the payment method you linked when your account was approved.

If you ever miss a payment, please contact our support team right away or log in to your account to catch up.

Can I skip a payment?

At this time, skipping payments is not an option.


Please note: Missing a payment that remains unpaid for
30 days or more may have a negative impact on your credit score.

Can I set up auto-pay?

Yes! Auto-pay is enabled by default once your Installment Credit Account is approved. This helps ensure your payments are always on time.

Is it a contract?

Yes. The Installment Credit Account is an installment agreement. In exchange for access to Uptrend Solutions’ personal growth tools and 24 months of identity monitoring, you agree to make fixed payments of $10 per month for 24 months.

Is there a fee for closing my account early?

No. Uptrend Solutions does not charge any prepayment penalties.
You’re free to pay off your account early without additional fees.

How can I update the payment method on my account?

You can easily update your payment method by logging in to your account at: https://uptrendsolution.com/home

How can I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel your account, please reach out to our support team.
Keep in mind that closing your account early or leaving a balance unpaid may negatively affect your credit score.
